How To Submit Your Request
If during the first 30 days after account activation you find our hosting services do not meet your needs, simply follow these steps:
- Submit a Support Ticket to our Billing Department requesting the 30 day money back guarantee. We will submit payment to your Credit Card on file and notify you of the transaction.
- Once your request has been processed, please login to your Client Portal account and submit a cancellation request.
Please Note: If you have previously signed up for an account, then cancelled and signed up again, or if you have signed up for additional accounts, you will not be eligible for a refund. FastWebEngine does not issue partial refunds or credits for early cancellations beyond our thirty (30) day satisfaction guarantee. Account holders that have been suspended for violating our Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) are not eligible for our thirty (30) day money back guarantee.
