As a provider of business email services, FastWebEngine must limit the number of email messages sent by a single hosting account in a 24-hour period of time. The current email limitation is 1,000 messages per day.
This limitation has been set in order to protect your organization as well as all customers that utilize our hosting services. By imposing this daily limit, FastWebEngine, complies with other providers’ requirements to help maintain high-quality, reliable service, but also to avoid any suspension of the activity on our network.
Email service providers utilize protection systems that limit the number of messages that can be sent from one provider to another. As a result, when a large number of email messages are sent by a particular user in a short period of time (the "sender"), the provider to which these messages were sent (the "recipient"), may deem these messages as SPAM. As a result, the receiving provider may impose a block that impacts all of FastWebEngine's customers using this particular provider — all customers are affected and may have experience blockage of their email delivery attempts.
We ask our customers to be mindful of other users when sending large amounts of messages as the repercussions of bulk email delivery can affect everyone on a particular server — not just the original "sender" of the messages.
Our business email services are not meant for, or designed to accommodate bulk emails or mass marketing campaigns. There are a variety of business solutions designed specifically for this purpose, and we would be happy to recommend a provider. Should your organization require the ability to send mass emails, please contact us regarding an email service that provides this capability.
